To update your Facebook status:

1. Fill in the blank to declare yourself. For example, I am a survivor. Cancer, you do not define me. I am a survivor. Cancer, we will defeat you.
2. Click on "CUSTOMIZE YOUR STATUS NOW"
   **Note: A pop up window will appear allowing you to customize your status any way you want. Tell cancer what you really think!
3. A Facebook status window will appear for you to preview your post.
4. Once you are satisfied with your status, click Publish and your updated status message will be posted on your Facebook profile.
